She was born in Portugal, has been living for many years in UK (where she worked as a journalist) and is very passionate about golf, communication and real estate. That is why she does it so well 🤌🏻

It might have been a nice idea to linger more on the amazing views instead of repeatedly cutting to the rendered images. An ideal opportunity for that was when she was talking about the views. Cutting to the views as opposed to having her in the frame would have elevated the production. Maybe next time.

Unfortunately on a $22m property you’ll not only pay 10% VAT, but you’ll pay 3% annually in wealth tax ($600k) just on the house, even if you don’t live there. Spain is nice, but they do their best to chase away wealthy people.
