Just found your channel last night and have watched a couple of videos. You have been very resourceful, and have worked out quite a few hurdles. "You done good!" Agreed with the cross contamination of your raw meat on your hands without washing/sanitizing. Here is a humble suggestions: Aren't there small collapsible/ inflatable camping sinks where he could use a gallon of water to fill it, was his vegetables & fruits, then prepare the meat last, and have somewhere to wash his hands? After handling the raw hamburger meat, even after wiping hands on the paper towels, there are germs from the meat getting on everything he touched. Once finished, dump the water, dry out the sink, fold it up, store away and you have upgraded your sanitation.

OMG I just found your channel!!!!! I LOVE IT!!! Hey one quick thought, if you are near a Cash & Carry, go in and buy a box of disposable gloves. This will help when you have to use your hands when mixing up, for instance your hamburgers. Cash & Carry stores are where the restaurants by their supplies, so you get a large qty for not a lot of money. By the way your burgers look amazing!!! Stay safe.

Hey Anthony, try adding some dry onion soup mix in your burger mix. It really “soups” up the flavor of your burgers. McCormick Grill Mates also have some great flavor profiles to give your food that extra burst of mouth watering deliciousness.

hi anthony, new subscriber here. i love your content. a tip on condiments to save money is collect them from gas stations or fast food places and keep a stash. no need to refrigerate after opening( mayo, mustard, salsa, relish, sugar, hot sauce, parmasean cheese, honey, ketchup etc) you'd be surprised how having those on hand can amp up a meal i learned this from struggle meals yt channel

Great advice. There are some places like Kentucky Fried Chicken that have butter and honey packets. Quick Trip gas stations have soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and a whole lot of other condiments. I usually get those even when I don't buy food from the grilling station.

Those pop -up disinfectant wipes work great when working with raw meat to clean hands. I love using them when I work with raw meat so convenient too. Your meal plans always look so delicious. I enjoy watching your cooking videos. 😇💗

I just recently started watching you and I know that you have a storage facility are you taking your canned goods and shelf stable food and actually putting it in your storage facility that would be a great idea as well to keep grocery supplies that are shelf stable in there and I like the idea that you can take food to work and put it in the fridge as well I know you don’t get a very big space but if you have a lunch bag in there if it’s big enough you could probably put two or three days where the lunch is into that work bag and that way you only have to cook lunch every couple of days absolutely loving your videos and watching them closely. I don’t plan to ever live out of our car but we are looking at getting a tiny house
