What's the deal with so many Ishtars, is that just a popular ship to run in those areas?, sorry for the question im pretty new to the game.

Yes, it’s native damage resistances are well suited to the local NPC (non-player controlled) ships. A lot of players use it to run anomalies and/or complexes etc. Welcome to Eve btw and thanks for commenting.

do not hunt ishtars in Fountain with kin/thermal dmg this is what they tank for in there

The Ranis, yes you're right.. It was a yolo roam and the intended target wasn't initially the Ishtars.

Killing all your dps when you orbit with large blasters You just find all these Ishtars that don’t warp out of their site when you enter local 😂…

Thanks for the comment. Yes, some stay in the site when we enter, but more often than not it takes a bit of messing around to eventually get them.
