There is a stray that hangs around a mile out of my little town, always near the highway. He looks just like Camper. He won't let you get close but i go to the gas station 3 or 4 days a week and throw out about $10 worth of chicken strips for him on my way back by.

Another great episode Nikki! Hey a little leveling tip for you; if you get some varying thickness pieces of flat lumber blocks like 2 x 6 and you can easily drive up on them for whatever side of the car you need to lay them down. It won't hurt the tires or suspension either and that lil' bit can really make the difference. Enjoy 🙂

@@siliconvalleyJT I didn't know Camry's came in hybrids. My 2017 Camry SE with 73,000 miles eats gas. Only gets 15 miles to the gallon, and I've done a ton of fuel injector treatments, new spark plugs, nothing helps. Grrrr...

@@themysticalexperiencer8141 what size engine do you have? I know the camry's come in different size engine's 2.5, 3.5 For the year 2017. There is a hybrid camry they started making them in 2007. For 2017 2.5L. Hybrid smaller engine size. The 3.5 will be a gass hog. Do not buy a 2007 camry 2.4 they have oil consumption problems. My boyfriend has a Toyota camry 2020 hybrid he loves it size of a big car with size 4 engine. I have 3.5 SUV and that thing is a gass hog as well

Love your videos. Glad to hear your knee is better. Have a bum knee myself. So I cringe when I see all those steps and when you get close to the edge of some of the rocks. Nikki - I have a Prius V (station wagon model - has close to the space of the RAV 4) and went camping with it (cheating, have installed inverter and had microwave, etc. lol). Made myself a platform since it's easy to remove and put the seats back, and thought I was ready with all the various goodies and tips I've picked up from you and others. Well - it was an awesome camping/paddleboarding trip at a gorgeous lakeside camping spot, but I have a new appreciation for the level of organization you must have to maintain your living space (and sanity!). I always realized it to some degree but after feeling like a comedy of errors for most of the time - I take my hat off to you for one, doing this full time, two, doing it in an even smaller vehicle, and three, with a dog thrown in to the mix - and making it look easy. You go, girl! You and Camper keep on living that best life!

Agreed. I spent a month in my Prius Prime, and then spent 2 months recovering from that at home! Like everyone, I took too much stuff, got it jumbled up, and spent half my time looking for stuff. It would have been much worse if I'd been taking the plunge to full time. As it was, it was a fun adventure and learning experience, not really marred by the unnecessary workload I caused myself..

My parents got married in Cumberland, MD. I grew up in southwestern PA but live in CT now. This video made me miss my home area. Did you know that there is a bike trail called the (GAP) Great Allegheny Passage, that starts in Pittsburgh, PA and ends in Cumberland? The trail joins with the C & O canal trail and goes the whole way to Washington DC. That might be a fun thing to do when your knee is better!
