Hmm... Okay, it wasn't the typical Dominick quirky apartment BUT what an eclectic building! One will not get bored there! I was sold on the gym. 70 to 100 lb. dumb balls? Now, we're talking! One can get a sense of the type of tenants living in the building by some traces ie that gym, and all those bicycles are usually signs of active and energetic people. Although the bedrooms are okay in size, overall, it's a nice sized rent-stabilized apartment for $4100/month. I really liked the size of the bathrooms. Nice unit. I liked it.

It goes beyond my comprehension as a Midwesterner to pay $4,500 for a 2 bd., 1 bath apartment. An apartment like that depending on how new the building is would run from $950.00 to $1,200.00 per month. Of course, that's in the suburbs and not the inner city.

I want to live in the "Abandoned office" Until I saw the arty apartment lobby, it is cool. The outdoor merry-go-round would be fun but it would make me sick. I avoid spinning in circles at least when it comes to moving objects! lol But I would definitely love the swing:-) The place doesn't look "boring" I can't deal with boring so it's a match:-) I liked the "art couch" but I would call it a sofa:-) Interesting hanging lamp but they left the vice attached. lol I guess it's an artistic statement. The workout guy's triangle necklace could make Mr. T jealous! lol The private movie theater and artsy deck are cool too, especially with the lookout tower and gardens:-) Did you say "crow's nest"? I love ravens. They are so intellectually curious:-) The apartment is nice but I wasn't thrilled with the various shades of gun-metal grey paint. It looks more like a guy's place! I had a wild Blue Jay named Jake 🐦who used to land on my hand and abscond with peanuts but a "squirrel" 🐿would be nice too. Deep tub! Yes! I do like black on walls it can look dramatic when displaying art, but right now I'm into white because you can do a lot with a blank canvas:-) Did you mention the price? If you did I must have missed it. 🧚‍♀ I'd still go for the abandoned office:-)
