i used this base a little while ago, its surprisingly cheap to build too, and with electric furnaces you can half wall into the centre instead of using a large furnace gives you so much more room for activities and means you can seal the roof with floors instead of grills

For those unlootable ak's in weird spots, try throwing rocks at them. alot of times it will hit whatever item you're trying to grab and move it.

I've been thinking, the fireworks that you can write messages in the sky with, if you hook them up to an igniter, and then the igniter hooked to a sensor, you could shoot a message in the sky saying "offline raid here" or smth and possibly summon counter raiders.
