I love that you said "I wish to build a van life community in Africa, I wish more people knew about". I am in South America and like in Africa the interstructure for Van Life does not exist here like does in Canada, the USA or Europe. But I experienced it while traveling in the western states of Canada and the USA. Many thousands of people there live full-time in RV'S and CamperVans. The freedom and low cost living is what I find attractive about van life! 🤗

This was a real treat seeing van life in another country! I like how she adapted when she couldn't get insulation and used blankets. I admire her sacrificing the large windows for safety and putting bars on them.

I smiled throughout this video! That van is adorable! The shape of it is beautiful! As is the copper color! And Ebaide seems like a delight! I wish I could caravan with her. The dividing wall looks great on both sides. At first I thought, 'what, no door if you need to get through in a pinch' but then there it was! Good thing to have! The inside is so clean and simple, meeting all her needs. Touring these types of builds one sees just how little we humans really need to live and thrive. Thank you both for this tour. Safe travels!

VANLIFE AFRICA. Solo female. That alone grabbed my attention. Meeting Ebaide, her lovely home, & her joie de vivre was fantastic. I personally love the measures she took for her safety & a toilet (I’ve watched many videos where solo females seem to take safety for granted). She is so happy which adds to her beauty. Very cool. I also bought a vehicle with a sunroof so I could use it for private ventilation. I hope she's able to build a nomad community in Africa. Many are nomadic in the USA for the same reasons and it helps to have others around you who are of like mind. 👍

1987! I have a 1987 Chrysler car and it's SOLID. Strange thing this morning I had a dream of Africa and I had a dream next to that of someone selling a van, but it was blue.. So in contrast that would translate to Orange. The blue van was to be sold for a cheap price. It was going to be my traveler and home van. It was a bit bigger, and in my dream, I said..1987? I was not entirely sure of the year but I recognized it. I guess I was meant to watch this and I absolutely love this great land!

I gotta laugh Patrick. This first time I heard the American butchering of the name Nissan was in the bad movie Corvette Summer. Beats me how you get Nissarn out of that. Anyway, what a cool lady and cool van. Sometimes you just have to improvise. You don’t need to spend huge bucks to do van life. Your use of space and dual purpose is brilliant. In the States, we call a steering wheel manual "three on the tree" but it is located to the right of the steering wheel. That is how I learned to drive a stick shift. It's whiplash city for a week. Love everything you've done. Stay free.
