@@jamaalrichmond523 I love love love the area, however just too far from place, plus in London we don’t need to drive over here we have to it’s a must! But I do love the area, it’s almost like a comfort community which I think is perfect for raising a family, my only issue is making friends :/

I’m from Aubrey and absolutely love It to death, but if you’re coming for country and quiet small town, it’s might not the best option. It’s rapidly growing and projected to be at least 10,000 in the next five years and traffic on 377 is bad. That said overall I loved growing up in Aubrey and think it’s still pretty great and it has a great community feel.

I live off 380 it has traffic all the time, and a lot of wrecks wouldn’t suggest living on it unless you love traffic

You can definitely feel the growth. My wife and I built here in 2018. Yes, there is a lot of open land and new neighboorhoods/schools under construction. I predict that in 10 years time, the population here will have quadrupled. Easily.
