There's nothing or something about those children saying hi to you in Korean language. Then smile or laugh . It's just that they find it cute that they can actually speak your language.. the feeling is like they do know how to speak korean... Filipino people especially love to watch Korean movies ,dramas,or variety shows.. it's not mocking or playing jokes to you . They are just happy to see and meet koreans like you and speak a little hangul .. if they say hi to you in korean probably they like seeing korean stars in person... :)

Loving the laughter! I also truly like that Sylvia tries to learn to speak conversational Tagalog as much as she can and I am impressed how she has progressed. Keep it up because it will get you closer to the 'madlang' people. 5:32 ate sylvia , that is a mouth ulcer or "singaw" in Filipino. Basically ,it is a wounds inside a person's mouth, usually inside the lip or cheek. It is usually white and sometimes yellow. The accident that bites our lips, cheeks, or tongue is often caused by steam. put salt on it

Ms. Sylvia, u have a canker sore, which is ur system is too hot. u need a cool down foods. MIx half cup warm water to 3tbsp sea salt or rock salt. gargle for 5 mins. or u can put the salt directly to affected area.

Keep your knees close together when riding the motors cycles for hire.So,you won't hurt your knees. They always passes on narrow spaces between vehicles.

It's really nice to see you having fun riding motorcycles. Just be extra careful with displaying your things though. You can get away with that in Makati/BGC but you might end up losing something if you're not careful while riding within metro manila.

in terms of angkas and joyride, to put your mind at ease a little, just like grab and other ride-hailing apps, when you're a passenger in moto taxis (angkas and joyride, that's what the service is called) you are under insurance from the so if you get into an accident, joyride or angkas will actually help you out. Plus as someone who also rides the motorcycle, in my experience, joyride and angkas riders tend drive safer when they have a passenger they undergo seminars and training on how to ride safely with a passenger. With grab monopolizing grab-hailing in this country thus having their prices sky rocket, angkas and joyride are the better alternatives and much more affordable when going from point A to point B.

do you still have those "singaw" in your gums? you can buy a medicine for that just ask in some pharmacy and you can try the home remedy as well. by mixing lukewarm water and salt (dissolve), then gargle it for few seconds like 10 then repeat. it will sting though. but that homeremedy is effective.

Getting around Manila can be frustrating because of traffic but riding Joyride/Angkas can get you places pretty fast. Probably cumbersome if you're wearing skirts though. Lots to try then just pick and choose what you find most convenient for you. A suggestion though is that experiencing these new things can be liberating, please stay mindful of your surroundings to avoid any negative experiences. 😜 Looking forward to your next adventure. 5:32 What you have are called canker sores or, in Tagalog, singaw (sing-aw). A good way to manage them is by using warm water with salt as a mouthwash. Gargle a few times and spit. Hope that helps.

There is also a so called "ANGKAS" meaning "ride" it's the more famous but the fare is much expensive than Joyride. Also Ate Sylvia, a lot of people usually kids gets kilig (90%) when they were able to interact with Koreans but there are some who made fun of it but I hope they giggle/laugh because of kilig.
