Five thousands dollar will not be sufficient for those who wanted to migrate to Brazil. They need to have a technical profession like software engineer, IT specialist, doctor, engineer, dentist, fashion designer, architect, electrician, plumbere, haircutting stylist etc. If they wanted to start a small business as a street vendor, they need to have at least US dollar 25000,00. Walikum As Salam. According to the law, to maintain your PR, you need to visit Brazil once every two years. So, in your case, your PR is most likely revoked, but contact the local authorities for more info.
