Close to medical city 10 minutes. There is 7 parks inside Hunter Creek two most popular eagle park and osprey park. Hunter creek has its own soccer club and baseball programs for kids. Shingle creek walking trail inside Hunter Creek. Hunter is small maybe 20k residents. There’s a community event 3/30 11am at osprey park. Come see for yourself. Here’s two restaurants mom and pop you should take your lady for date night tavern at the creek and vintage speakeasy. Extremely popular and locally owned. 4772 Lake Calabay Dr just sold in my neighborhood my new neighbor look at HW and LN and Oviedo and settled inside Hunter creek said best value for his budget. All A rated schools. 7 private parks inside the community has its on soccer league and baseball league for kids has The Loop shopping. Tavern at the creek or The vintage speakeasy are non chain local residents owned great for date night. Has the shingle creek hiking trail inside the community where you can kayak/canoe. At Disney door step10 minutes/Seaworld 10 minutes Universal15 minutes. Bunny in the park 3/30 at 11am see what it’s like in Hunter Creek.

@@JjHernandez-dc6ul Do get me wrong I’m just surprised at that #3 for Hunters Creek. I actually love Hunters Creek. It has been one of the highest rated communities in Central Florida since the 90s.
