Charmaine, when you talked about the bathroom queue.. omg this randomly reminded of this incident when I first came to the UK. I was waiting in a public toilet and this person (probably racist) came in, gave me THAT look and just cut the queue and just went in and used the toilet even though I had been waiting before her. I was new at the time so I didn't know how to react but at least things that happen in Dubai are more because they are either not educated on the matter or just trying to be sneaky.. but not because they look down upon you. What I mean to say is that 'uncivilised' things happen in Western countries too, but for different reasons.
