I’m in town shopping the area. I have a contract in my inbox for a Tri Pointe home in Folsom Ranch. I may head back out tomorrow to check out some other builders. Looking for a 4bd and don’t want to be near a highway.

However, depending on area you are looking to relocate to, we often times have suggestions on where to rent, since some of our clients utilize temporary housing while their new homes are built or while they are transitioning to the area. What do you guys do to be able to afford living in Folsom.

@Yungmills you will find Folsom is made up of people working mostly white collar jobs, with healthcare & tech being big verticals we see people in. This is a helpful data source that breaks out jobs/industries for the area. We also find in recent years that people from the Bay Area are moving here & being able to keep their high paying Bay Area job while working remotely from here. Elk grove is a lot more diverse. Folsom has a lot of white people.
