Here's what you need to know: Don't come to town with a dog. There's an old lady here who walks the streets with a baseball bat, knives, and her own little dog. She makes a living trying to get hit by cars, but also going on to other people's properties and trying to get their dogs to bite her. LE in town knows all of this, they will even tell you they know she's full of it, but they don't care enough about it to bring her up on fraud or public nuisance charges. Also, the town is out of water.
