I am thinking about is Lake Nona is right for me? I need a place that is not complicated to take care of since I travel a lot and I like that it’s near the airport. I guess I need some thing like one of the apartments or townhouse. I also like the third sidewalks everywhere and bike paths, and that you could get along without driving everywhere because of the beep.

So do you have to worry about gators when you are going to adventure park?
@livingincentralfloridaoriginal
@livingincentralfloridaoriginal Жыл бұрын
In most cases alligators keep to them selves.. when there are lakes with commercial businesses they remove the gators if there were any… on the natural springs and rivers there still are gators but they are more scared of humans then we are of them to be honest

@@livingincentralfloridaoriginal Thanks for your quick answer. I live in northern Florida, and sometimes swim in the cold Springs, and I was thinking the alligators don’t like the cold, but it’s probably also the many people Also, a Reminder to Tourists please never feed the turtles or anything near the river since alligators will come and eat also, and then get used to people and do things like grab peoples small Chihuahuas to eat!!! Yes, unfortunately this is a true story and it’s happened several times or more plus older ladies have gotten bitten when they tried to rescue their dog

I left lake Nona it’s nothing but traffic on Narcoossee rd absolutely awful. Soul less feeling all chain restaurants and no parks for the kids. Extremely crowded with apartments everywhere. Grateful I found Hunter Creek kids can bike to osprey park and love the shingle creek trail inside the community. And no CDD in HC lol

you literally wrote this comment trying to convince yourself about abandoned, deserted, crime-ridden hunter creek being better lake nona, literally a top 3 community in orlando. Lake Nona has been growing rapidly over the last few years. There are many high quality restaurants, such as the ones owned by Tavistock (Nami, Chroma, Park Pizza, etc.), and several others. People that bought in Laureate Park in 2020 now have homes that are worth double of what they bought for. Lake Nona is a top 25 community in the entire country for growth (official numbers provided by Tavistock). - There is a huge mall coming to the area that is going to feature art and entertainment - There are always events happening at the Town Center (hundreds per year), music, food at Boxi Park, and high-end events at the Wave hotel (for example, lots of cool tech conferences, with one being next week) - The area is purposely not targeting nightlife because of its demographic: Laureate Park, for example, is made of families with high earning professional (lawyers, doctors, business people), and safety, peace, and quiet are very valued. People buy there because they want to avoid loud, annoying, crime-ridden "nightlife" and raise their families in a great environment full of great amenities (gyms, pools, aqua parks, tennis courts, restaurants, walkable areas, etc.) Lake Nona is not downtown Orlando or Winter Park, with their higher crime rate, and it wants to stay that way. There are other many shallow places in Central Florida that feature loud, alcoholic, drug-filled areas that are not suitable for people that want a great place for their kids. The downfall of areas like Downtown Orlando is the proof that "nightlife" equals a worse quality of life for people that live there, and I would be very annoyed if I spent over 1 million dollar to buy a beautiful house and then have a bunch of messy people around my neighborhood. No, thanks.

@@mastergundam123 wow it was just my opinion. I lived off snell lane sir. If you don’t know that’s in LP. I understand you seem proud and have pride where you live but I would almost bet anything your a 32832 resident which makes you not lake Nona resident. Boggy creek St. Cloud Kissimmee Wyndham lakes Bvl that’s all for some odd reason considered lake Nona. Listen I sold in 2020 I do not like cars everywhere on the streets in LP But yes the pools are great have when you can’t afford your own. But it’s disgusting when families brought there babies in the pool and the pool was shutdown during Covid I hated it. Also your incorrect about Hunter Creek we have the Loop shopping and Hunter creek village. Many friends that live in lake Nona travel to the loop it’s 2 minutes ride for HC residents. We have no crime just like Lake Nona and hero’s park is a joke. You have Kissimmee residents using that field. We live next to osprey park and that’s a real park….kids riding bikes playing football soccer basketball there’s dog parks walking trails pickle ball courts and playgrounds. Not that cheap apartments tot lots with no shade. And that’s just one park we have 7 in the community that’s only for HC residents. If you enjoy your over payed property of not lake Nona Because your a 32832 resident then that’s great for you some of my neighbors are pilots like me . Some are doctors and lawyers so that point is irrelevant. Also check the schools scores all HC schools are A rating just like Lake Nona schools. What are your thoughts….. lol something tells me you constantly have to defend lake Nona to everyone that gives you attention I’ll even tell you my neighborhood and street lake calabay dr. Go head bash it 🤣

@@JjHernandez-dc6ul alright, so: 1) first, learn english. from your post, it is clear that illegal immigration is definitely an issue when people that come here cannot speak english properly. 2) Never used a public pool. I have my own massive pool, but thanks for being wrong. 3) Not a 32832 resident. I am part of the real Lake Nona, not the brokies like you who claimed to be part of it and lived in the hood 4) Hunters Creek has much more crime than Lake Nona. A quick google search shows it. The area just has less money, which means less resources spent on public services and police forces. Lots of hoodlings also living there because it is cheaper. 5) If you really sold in 2020 (which I highly doubt that is even true at all), you missed out on a double-the-price appreciation of LP. Single family homes in LP now start at 1M, which is not the case in Hunters Creek. That is what happens when there are billions of dollars invested in a community. Hunters Creek is forgotten by everyone, including God. Hope you understand now, Pedro Luis Arnaldo, or whatever your name is.

I live I lake Nona and you have to learn to move around the Narcoosee rd yes it's pack with traffic but you have to leave early or take Lake Nona Blvd and get to Boggy Creek and go through Taft to get to Orlando and u will be there in 35 Mins. 1 thing you need to know is to know the in and out of your area.

Again biased video because he’s a real estate agent. First off this video is Laureate Park. A segment of Lake Nona. Next. HOA and their control. If you move here you’re under the mercy of Dias cable company. You don’t have options to choose different cable companies. The loud Honda civics that try to race in the area is louder than the airplanes. The houses in LP don’t have much backyards because they cram houses too close to each other. The neighbors don’t talk to each other much. Don’t be surprised you live in your house and you don’t know your neighbor because everyone’s an introvert. Go to a park people won’t start a conversation with you. Everyone minds their own business. Many cookie cutter looking houses unless you’re in the million dollar homes. Notice he keeps saying call us for more info. This video is an ad for his business. They are adding too many condominiums which adds to the traffic. It lacks culture. Way too many franchise restaurants that are not custom or high end. It’s generic. Meaning there aren’t many family businesses as franchises overpower the neighborhood. After 2 visits to boxi park it gets played out. The food is mediocre. It’s getting super packed with Venezuelans. It’s reminding me of Doral. Since St. Cloud doesn’t have a highway, they rely on Narcossee. This guy is a real estate of Laureate Park only. Drive around during nice weather and you’ll notice barely anybody sitting outside their front porch. That alone should tell you about the neighborhood. LP is overpriced and overrated unless you’re in the million dollar homes.
