You can look for the taxes to go up dramatically because of all the construction outrunning the infrastructure. Sewer and water are stretched to the max as it is. And tell everyone about the traffic on 150 since it’s a TWO LANE ROAD. Yeah fun times.

After 18 years in Minnesota and 4 at Lake Norman, I concur! There are virtually no mosquitos here.
