Your house is new, why is it so much mold in the yard?

My house isn’t new, I have been in my house for almost 3years. After raining season mold starts to develop around the yard. I usually power wash the entire yard to clean it. Just happened that I hadn’t cleaned it when I made this video

3 years is still considered a new house. I think the rain is settling around there and creating mole.
