How was the surgical residency like in the Uk or residency in general?

@@drautabecca it was great. Had to pass PLAB. Hands on experience from day 1. The qualifications in the UK are the most recognised internationally. What's your country of origin.

Why you are not doing residency in poland instead ?

Because first of all Language barrier, I have to pass the language up to at least B1 level and also I have to pay for internship as an international student, so it’s really not straightforward.
