Thank you so much for sharing the tamales. We have been going to Mexico for years and have yet to try them. Only because I was not sure what was in them. They look delicious!! Never had a tamale, never knew how they were made. Will have to try them when they are offered. We make pumpkin rolls and perogies during holidays. Of course we make cake for Christmas to celebrate the birth of Jesus ❤.

La hoja verde es hoja de plátano y queda bien ricos los tamales en mi hermoso estado de OAXACA también se usa mucho hojas de plátano para hacer tamales.

Don't let him stop you. If you don't practice then you'll never get better. I hate making them but it took me 3 years to get them to where my kids ask for them always. Ps if they want some they each have to make a dozen😂😅😊
