You use military time too! People find that odd when they see my phone 😆 my reaction to paper straws as well 😂 I started carrying a reusable straw to try to help with sustainability but it turned into also not liking the new paper straws many places now give Do you read back on your journal entries? I’ve learned I don’t like to read back on it so there is no pressure for me to write nicely or legibly. Sometimes I don’t even fix spelling mistakes 😲😆🤣 I recently read somewhere there are groups of women that meets up at like parks or hikes and just SCREAMMM at the top of their lungs. Might be something fun to look into actually doing!

being young is so hard. just know that our parents generation, at 18, had to pick a career to commit to for the rest of their lives, and often times were miserable. the world is changing, and this isnt feasible anymore. our generation focuses on a career that fulfills them for the next 2-5 years, we are ever-changing. i hope you feel less resistance to the constant ebb and flow that is being human
