Hi - I couldn’t tell if the pot had dranage holes. You will need drainage holes to avoid root rot. Also, if the roots have too much room (too big of a pot), the water can pool in the bottom and rot so just pay attention if it starts doing bad, that might be why.

Alsoo, when repotting you want to have the plant be at the same height as it was before. When you repotted it you left it too low, it could rot. Your plant is really pretty thought, just trying to help
