Wishing you a Very Happy Anniversary. This is an awesome video. Just looking at all that fantastic food made me want to go back to New York! We have relocated since we retired and the food at restaurants here are not anything like the food in New York! Of course, we do make Puerto Rican food at home, but we were so used to going out and eating other types of cuisines. Unfortunately, they do not have that where we are. I appreciate the love you have for your beautiful family. It brings back many memories of all of our family gatherings of the past. God bless you!

Thank you so much for your love! That's what makes this city so special, the way we can dive into so many different worlds. It's such a beautiful thing. & You're right, family gatherings back in the day were the best. Have a good week! 💕

Thank you so much and yes my grandma is the sweetest. Ughhh Nyc is incredibly expensive, hate that so many have been displaced because of that reason. She always sends me back with the most random items 🤣😅

Brooklyn in the house, born and bred; but tragically I’ve never toured Williamsburg. I used to live down the block from Tompkins Park. Great video.

Oh nice! As a Native New Yorker myself, sometimes we don't have the opportunity and chance to explore other parts of our city. My grandma told me once before how much she missed out in Nyc just because she was so busy trying to survive and take care of her kids. Luckily, it's not too late to get out and explore (whenever you are). Thank you for watching ❤️

Thank you so much for the love! Nyc is way more than sky scrapers and Lower Manhattan ya know and I hope I do a good job portraying that. I can't wait to show ya'll where I grew up and lived before living in Brooklyn, it's a pretty special place. ❤️ We're headed to Europe this summer for the first time but not stopping in London this time :( but next time!

A CRAZY commute lol. I'm from Dyckman/Washington Heights and have been living in Brooklyn for about 15 years now. I'm open to leaving NYC one day tho but it will def be a sad day 😭. Kudos to you for making these vlogs 🎉 i want to stay on a positive note. I am a native New Yorker born and raised. I currently live in Bushwick. There are some nice sides to Bushwick. Where i am at is completely disgusting and hood. Even though its still going through a gengefication here, it will always be hood. Where you were at looked ok. Then again for me I am 💯% over NYC, can't wait to get outta here

Hey girl, new subbie here. I love your vlogs. This is regarding an older video of yours where your family went to a Cuban restaurant name Margon. My husband is from Brooklyn, NY and has Cuban ancestry. We would like to go to Margon this summer. Did you enjoy the food also, do you think that Times Square is safe to visit now? Thanks for any response
@AlmashineNyc6 ай бұрын
Hi girlie, and thank you for the support! Nyc has its kinks for sure, but so does everywhere else, ya know? We should never let out guards down anyway, be alert, don't be naive, and you'll be fine in Times Square. ohh and the food at Margon was pretty good, too! I also just went to another Cuban place this past weekend called Benny's Cuban cafe, We had the Cuban Sandwich, and it was pretty good, too! 💕
