Living in Parkland Florida | Parkland Neighborhood Tour

Parkland FL is located in the North West region of Broward County. It is called Parkland due to its many parks and large open spaces. It offers a suburban lifestyle, close proximity to shopping centers and restaurants.
We will start our tour at Pine Trail park where families and individuals usually like to spend time. This park has soccer fields, baseball diamonds, pavilions, bbq spots, large play area, tennis courts, and paved path for walking, running, and biking.
The first community we will explore is the Parkland Golf & Country Club. This golf course that was designed by the renowned professional golf player Greg Norman. It is known for its challenging golf course and beautiful waterways. This community has a luxury line of townhomes, single family homes, and custom estates. It offers resort style amenities such as a full service restaurant, pool, tennis courts, fitness center with classes, and lots of social gatherings.
MiraLago will be the next neighborhood on our tour of Parkland, which is a great combination of luxury living environment and family friendly community. This community is a resort style living with tennis courts, pool, spa, and play area for kids. We will check out 3 houses on the market that are in the same cul-de-sac, but have different market prices.
Then we will adventure through Cascata. The homes here are a lovely mix of California and Scandinavian design. This is a minimalist and light and airy style with neutral colors and uses natural materials such as wood and rocks. This neighborhood offers access to two clubhouses with resort style amenities including an inside basketball gym, dance studio, and state of the art fitness center.
Heron Bay is the last community of our tour and is the largest neighborhood in Parkland. It has been awarded for its sophisticated neighborhoods while preserving nature. The clubhouse offers a resort style pool, fitness center, aerobic studio, banquet hall and catering kitchen for large events, restaurant, library, grand hall with a lounge, sauna with treatment rooms, classrooms, and outdoor tennis and basketball courts.
The last part of our tour is a fun addition that is the the Arthur R. Marshall National Wildlife Refuge. You can discover a lot about the nature and wildlife of the Everglades while taking an airboat ride, fishing, and even riding a bike or taking a walk along the dirt road that runs North and South bordering the Everglades. This refuge consists of 147,000 acres of sawgrass marshes, cypress swamps, hardwood hammocks, and is an amazing place to watch the sunset.
