bro Perth is not an isolated city. Perth has pretty decent weather stays cool for about 5-6 months. Only 2-3 months are hot rest of the months are fine. Living here from last 12 years.

Its a good suburb. No public transport at night so you will have to rely on your own vehicle. Perth overall is pretty safe so dont worry.

No water scarcity in Perth. Everyone pays water bills though Had hail storms few times and also bush fire but didnt effect residential area much Yes, have few occurrence of spiders and snakes if you are living in area with lot of windlife but manageable. Road rules are very strict accross whole of Australia.
