I was the guy who bought 619 Loma Vista. We tore out all the flooring and wallpaper. We put down laminate in the majority of the house and new carpet in the bedrooms. The front bathroom was remodeled last June. Windows next, then kitchen.

Born and raised in Salinas, I absolutely loved it there and was not a happy person when we had to move away. Cherish my memories of Salinas.

Moving to Salinas in 2018 worked out great. Bought a dated old house in the north area. I remodeled while i lived there. Thanks to rapid appreciation and low rates, i was able to cash out refi and move to Central Marina in late 2021. Bought another dated house. Older, outdated houses have been good to me.

Maple park is the most bland and cold looking neighborhood I think I’ve ever seen.
