When did you visit? The mountain views are the main attractions in Seymour. It doesn't have nightlife if that is what are you looking for tho. Are you looking for anything specific?

@@HaleyJonesRealtor It really is a beautiful place, I like it, I also really like Townsend but I know Maryville really is close to everything. Is Maryville the only place that has a gym? Also is there farmers markets and places where you can purchase organic foods? And are you connected to a well or city water. Excellent video and we'll done.

There is a farmer’s market in the spring/summer/fall at the first baptist church Seymour. Also there is a farmers market in downtown Knoxville nearly year round. The Seymour Kroger and Food City grocery stores have some organic options for fruit and veggies, but I drive to the Whole Foods almost once a week to get better selection of meat, fruit and veggies. Seymour gym is Workout Anytime (chain) and there is also a local gym called fit factory. Then in Deep South Knox is a Golds Gym and also closer to downtown there is a CrossFit gym and a 24 hour Fitness. Maryville has national fitness center, 24 hour fitness, and a local gym called Olympia - Maryville also has one off studio type places like a barre studio and a Pilates place.

Hi Haley. Great, great video! I really, really like your drive thru videos of the various towns/cites and their neighborhoods. It's probably because I have fond memories of taking drives & looking at properties with my Realtors, back a few years ago then we first bought our house. Please keep doing more of these car tours! We currently live in Connecticut (brrrrrr..) but we're seriously considering moving to the Maryville/Knoxville area. Thanks again for your intro driving tours and I hope to visit there soon! Going to Sevierville is southeast of downtown Knoxville. When you cross the Tennessee river on Chapman Highway from downtown Knoxville then you are in South Knoxville. South Knoxville where Chapman highway and John Sevier highway intersect is just a few minutes from Seymour and has a lot of retail. No Target yet but there is a Starbucks. Seymour is unincorporated ,so that is why there is no downtown.
