Hello there and thanks for your message. Parana hey!!!! I've met a lot of people from Parana here in santa Catarina including a few tenants of mine. Aparantley it's better here for work and of course the beaches ⛱️. Nearly all of the people living close to me are of German or Italian descendants.

That place is behind a town called Rodeio santa Catarina and very close to Benedito Novo. It's in the European valley or the valley of itajai. Mainly German and Italian descendants.

I haven't heard about landslides in SC but floods do happen on yearly basis in the early summer in some areas.
