Living In Tacoma Washington Washington House Passes Bill Limiting Rent Increases to 7 Percent

I have a rental house in Tacoma, and the rent does not cover the mortgage/taxes/insurance/maintenance. Expenses are going up every year and I can't raise the rent to market value. Tacoma already put a 5% rent increase cap last year. And that followed 2 years of not being allowed any rent increase during the pandemic. I have reliable tenants but can't raise the rent to Market value. Living in Communist Washington sucks.

I live in a mainvue in Tehaleh just outside of Bonney lake. I personally really like my house. Everyone there has been really supportive of any clients that have had interest in their homes. My suggestion is to visit the builder with your agent first just fyi
