Living in Wilmington, NC - Historic Downtown Riverwalk Tour 2021

Downtown and the riverwalk was used a lot for One Tree Hill. Battleship Park was known as the "River Court" in the show too. They put up a legit basketball court by the pavilion in the park. Such a cool city.

Yes it was. The riverwalk was used a lot in Dawson's Creek too! Too bad they removed the basketball court from One Tree Hill by the Battleship.

My hometown is located in Columbus County about 30 miles west of Wilmington. I have relatives that live in Wilmington and I would visit them regularly. Overall I think it's a great place and I enjoy walking down the riverwalk. The only bad thing about Wilmington is they don't have a lot of good paying jobs when compared to the Raleigh area. Currently, I am working in Raleigh. I don't like living in Raleigh, but they have a lot of job opportunities in that area. I plan to stay there for 5 to 10 years and try to save as much money as possible. Next, I will move back to Columbus County and work in Wilmington again.

Yes. That's a drawback. I've installed a reverse osmosis water system because of it. Pretty easy solution.
