Hey Martin! Yup Mike is right. You have to press the coffee grounds more into the portafilter. If the pouring of the coffee is very slow, you have to tamp it gently, if the pour runs fast, you have to tamp is harder. Perfect shot of espresso is 18seconds of pouring. 13 seconds if you want strong shots/ristretto shots and 40seconds if you want long shot (not too strong). Also once your coffee is poured, you have to put something like milk or syrups for it not to be a dead shot you have to do this within 10seconds for you to save the flavor of coffee. Or you could just add more hot water or drink it right away. Hope I am of help. 🤗

Ave, do a challenge for Martin to eat a warm whole balut and a small bowl of dinuguan with rice. The prize? Drum roll please! A case of Cabernet Souvignon for each eaten at different days. I can just see Martin's face contorting while eating them. Although they are so good and delicious, they look gross to foreigners. My 34 year old daughter and Swedish husband have not tried them once.

The place for $ 256 a night is a steel deal after checking the link. . It’s like a hotel rate in NYC. Even if it’s 52 buck applied discount it’s still a lot of money for 2 weeks. But the place is all for urself and looks nice. Also the cinematographic content in Ave is much better because u shot it. Would have been nice if the content is a little faster because who has a complete time to watch all the vlogs on earth? I think the only good side of the long video is the more commercial generated its gonna be. Thanks for sharing -
