Whoa. What a nice build. Put this on your lot and rent it as an ADU. Best part is that because it's on wheels, it's considered personal property, not real property (at least in the Portland area). So it's a tax free improvement. Nice tour and video Jarrod.

I really like the way you start your videos with montages that allows us to get a great sampling of what is to come in the rest of the video. Well done!

Questions : 1) Where does the TV go ? 2) dose the range hood vent to the outside ? 3) what is the heat ac ?
@JarrodTocci10 күн бұрын
Probably wall mount tv. Yes vents to outside. You already commented about the heat and ac so don’t need to answer

I mean, you'd need like an F-350 to tow it around from place to place, but the fact that it's possible is pretty cool in all honesty. :) Only gripe is the stovetop position. Feel like that should have been moved over to the right, past the sink and swapped where the fridge is. I'm just thinking if I ever had a similar setup, that might pose issues with people or, god forbid, little ones visiting walking by and around the corner not expecting people to be cooking. I do love this thing though. These tiny homes are truly epic in my eyes. Basically a mobile Flat in a way. I'd love to have something like this.

Tiny homes are not meant to be towed around to live in from place to place. They are meant to be brought to a property and sit there for a very long time. You can use them as an ADU or a second home, maybe guest house or Airbnb. They are not meant to be a travel trailer.

@@JarrodTocci That is completely fair, and admittedly I didn't think of it like that. It's basically just building it onto a foundation to be moved to one spot for its lifetime. Thank you for reviewing another awesome design bossman! :D (I'm hoping to find one of these that can be outfitted with a monster PC gaming/multimedia setup though.)

@@JarrodTocci You are right about not using them like a travel trailer, BUT, I know Tiny House Expedition has over 28,000 miles on theirs, and Jenna from Tiny House Giant Journey has about 25,000 miles on hers. They are exceptions, not the rule. And Probably the Nicest Tiny Homes in north America are from Fritz tiny homes in Canada. (in my opinion)

The video answered My question about the heat / ac , but it seems like the head unit of it is a long way away from the living room . ( for what it's worth I'm too old to be climbing a ladder , just to have to crawl around on hands and knees in the bedroom )

That’s fair. It’s not for everyone

I sure did give a range. We said high end go for 200 and low end go for 100 and this falls in the middle
@--gypsy--9 күн бұрын
Maybe the materials are high end. But it looks like a canteen in a Hospital. There's nothing cozy. Sorry

@JarrodTocci no. This means to change a lot. And to pay a lot for the transmission. To pay a second time and to do a lot of work on a new objekt is not, what i like as a client.
