Earlier I used to think these were pretentious. Then after my breakup, I gave this a try. Started focusing on my career, dressing up more nicely, skincare, excercise. Not going to lie. It is kind of a lifestyle our grandparents used to live (taking care of yourself and not being much on social media). Helped really well.

I am proud of persevering through my difficult times, low-key believing that my reality will soon change. I started journaling, putting my thoughts on to the paper, and realised that my mind feels so clear and so free after that. Now there are moments where I am like 'what should I think about?' so definitely that. Also, focusing on my spiritual journey, it would never have been possible without the divine intervention. I’ve grown so much as a person.. when I look back at my teenage era I was chasing the trend of having a “boyfriend”, giving so much attention to “how I look”.. but now when I look back I find myself being very childish at teenage, when I actually acted more matured when I was a kid.. so clearly it was a demotion.. but now I’m no longer “that (trend following) girl”..
