The food in Bali is phenomenal as well. And the beauty of the nature and traditional architecture is unrivaled. Thanks for showing the beaches, truly some amazing beaches on the island. It helps to have someone that actually wants to enjoy the vacation and that likes traveling with you, as opposed to fighting and ruining every day.

Just came back from a trip to Bali and the woman I went with made my life a living nightmare. I still have tears thinking about my traumatizing experience. What should have been a vacation of a lifetime was hellish and exhausting. I don’t wish it even on my worst enemy. That aside, Bali is incredible and worth visiting multiple times.

@@Vivira563 I went on vacation with a woman I had been speaking to through social media for close to a year, as I had been supporting her and her family (she was a single mother) by sending her funds, supplies and medical care as she lives in Odessa, Ukraine. It was in the midst of the ongoing way, and I felt it was my duty to help her in any way I could, as she wanted to be in a relationship with me. She told me that she loved me and that she would spend the rest of her life with me. She said she wanted to go to Bali, as it was on her bucket list. We planned the trip together, and she picked out everything, while I paid for it all. She also asked me to bring her expensive gifts, like jewelry from Cartier, clothes from Valentino, Gucci, etc. worth tens of thousands of dollars. She insisted on staying only in the finest hotels, like the Four Seasons and the Oberoi while in Bali. When we finally met for the first time in Bali, she acted extremely strange and distant, and constantly fought and argued with me over nonsensical things, created fights over nothing, and screamed and shouted at me in public, in hotel restaurants and in markets. She cried, saying that she was missing her family, and that she wanted to go back home (even though she was the one that wanted to go to Bali for at least three weeks, and she planned this trip, I just paid for everything) She kept asking me for more money while in Bali, and everyday, she spent hundreds of dollars of my money on shopping and Shisha, and drinks and random purchases. She was always unhappy and in a bad mood, no matter what I did to cheer her up. She did not want intimacy with me, she did not want to even cuddle or hug or embrace me. She refused to talk to me, and in general, she was a completely different person to the one I talked to on the phone. It all came to a head when she asked me to book a private dinner for her at the Four Seasons, and during the dinner, she left for an hour to go and drink at the bar with some strangers (while I was waiting for her like an idiot far away, at the private dining pavillion) She was extremely disrespectful and when I asked her why she had left without telling me where she was going, she threw a huge fit and caused a scene, and threw away my diamond jewelry worth over $6,000.00 off the cliff of the hotel and started screaming about how I was the worst man she ever met, in front of the entire hotel. I was beside myself with grief and shock. I was numb with fear and pain. She was a nightmare, the devil in woman's flesh. She was the worst person I had ever met in my life. Then, the very next day, she said she had to leave and go back to her country because of a fictional emergency (that I later found out she fabricated to embezzle money from me) and asked me to buy new plane tickets and lugggage for her so that she could leave. I lost a lot of money because of this, as not only did I have to cancel the rest of the 30 day trip, but I also was forced to buy Business class tickets for her and additional luggage as she had only brought one piece of luggage with her and she wanted more to accommodate the thousands of dollars of shopping she did with my money in Bali. Then, at the airport, she created a huge scene, shouting at me and saying that she never loved me and that I was the worst man she ever met, and that she would never see me again because I was mentally sick. After that, she took everything, including my gifts and my items and left. She blocked me on all social media platforms as well. In total, she received over $130,000.00 USD in funds and gifts from me over the course of a year. And yet, she never returned anything even after she cheated me and scammed me and left unceremoniously. I still have trauma from the incident and don't know what to do about how I was scammed. She is living in Odessa in Ukraine, with her young infant daughter, and she never reached out to me to return my money. She just sent me an email saying that I was a very good man, and that I deserved someone better than her, and that she was not a good enough person for me, since she is out of my league and I can find a better match for myself. She just apologized curtly and abruptly, and thanked me for the money I sent her. But, she never bothered to call me or to return my money. Its all a shock and I still can't believe this happened to me. This was my first relationship, and I lost all faith in love because of it.
