Agree, Dr. Phillips is a great place to call home. Beautiful homes. Thanks for sharing!

@isaiahcochran1446 Those are nice and newer, and you'll definitely benefit from the Daryl Carter I-4 exit opening up soon near O-town west, so you don't have to sit in traffic at turkey lake road

Great video! We live in the 321 but do come over to dinner often to Eddie V’s and Rocco Taco ect. Love that area of Orlando!!

Thanks for watching and 321 space coast is booming! Next 10 years will see Viera flourish

I’d take the townhome over everything else in this area. I’ve always been in love with them! I actually prefer the looks of old communities over the new ones.

There's some established architecture in Bay Hill that is more unique than the newer cookie cutter stuff.

@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor i wonder when will builders start designing homes better like the old times. I barely see any new homes with roof tiles and unique architecture.

Thank you for showing us this incredible Dr Phillip’s mansion! It was a pleasure 🤗

The US$ 5.6MM house you show in Winter Park is beautiful and elegant. This US$ 3.7MM house interior is cold and tacky. The location and the pool are better, though.

There are so many “too nice to tear down” estates of older ages in central Florida that have incredible locations but could use a refresh. Sometimes a full home remodel $2M+ thanks for watching Next up is lake nona modern luxury homes

It’s easy to forget how much cool stuff we have near our homes in many of the boroughs of Orlando. So much growth and more to come

I rent here for 3 years now. Rent went from $2200 to $2700 a month over the last 3 years for 1500 sq. ft single family off Wallace and Turkey Lake. Location is incredible, that’s what I’m paying for.

My sanctuary condo 3/2 was $1450 back in 2013… the Orlando rental market is softening with unaffordable concerns and tons of new apartment buildings being constructed. But $3k/mo is the tipping point to owning a $400k townhome for the same money. You get the location perspective but then it becomes when to switch over to ownership and plant roots. Granada villas is a great starter choice

@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor I’ve been waiting for the home prices to drop and the mortgage rates to come down, before I purchase a home.
@JustinPekarek-em4js2 ай бұрын
@@1000tomandben Correction is happening right now... I've had some $400k buyers looking around and we've made offers on numerous properties- the right one will be motivated and realize to take the bird in hand. Also i'm refinancing some customers down to 5.75% 30 year fixed so it's equalizing towards a 5.5% mortgage (which was my rate back in 2009 for my first house in clermont, fl)

Apartments are a scam after a certain age. You should get a RV Travel trailer. You live in Florida so it’s not taboo plus you’ll save money and OWN your home.
