I'm new to channel, It is interesting show. Though, I would like to explain some things here since the editor didn't say anything. So I will be assuming some things here. So if you read on from you'll be spoiled but I will explain what's going on. My parents used to say before the Vietnam war, the south is so rich, they don't have to worry about food because nature provides them. This show give you a glimpse of it...but it's false. "spoiled alert": Regarding the selling of the fishes. At first she caught sold some big fish. Later on she made big net and she cauht the fish in the net and ate them. Then in middle of the show she caught big ones and sold to the man, where he fed them with fish food. Then she sold fish and tiny shrimp and end of the show. So what's going on? In Viet Nam...probably many othere country now a day have two type of market. Organic and non organic. The one she ate and actually caught with bait are organic and not raised. The "big ones" she sold are farm raised. Beside the fish market, the meat market....and the vege greens too, they all have two of them. Of course in Vietnam there really no FDA labeling "organic"....So you will only get "organic" food from your family who actually grow in their backyard, or they know who sell "organic" Make you think twice about going grocery because you don't know what chemical they actually used to grow these things. People are so driven by profit these days they basically destroying the nature, espcially the farmers. After all it's the consumer demands: "big fish, big shrimp, plump pork, and green vege" The growers knows this but they have to meet the demand: the consumers gets the end result... So while these look dreamy but the back story tells you a whole different picture.

Thank you for your comment. I do not understand your meaning clearly, but to explain the problem, I have a few ideas as follows: Vietnam is no longer a poor country and is on the way to development. There are clear regulations on distinguishing between organic and non-organic products. Vietnamese people always have a very high national spirit and will. In rural areas, consumers also clearly understand what organic products are. Choosing which product depends on the economy of each family. It is simply a matter of buying and selling. Relax and have a more general view. Hope you enjoy watching the video.
