You should do a tour of your traditional house. What town do you live in?

Could someone purchase a house/construct a house in Iran (not big cities) with 10,000-50,000 USD? What would that money buy besides a home etc? Thanks
@ManaMondial5 күн бұрын
Where I live, the average price is around 40k. I guess you can`t buy a place for less that 30k, unless you go for a village with few facilities, etc. Well, depends on what you want to do with that thing. Residential land can be found as cheap as 5 -6k. If you want to make money, it`s very popular to buy a truck and rent it. Truck drivers have a really good life here. It all depends on what you want to do with that money
@Mike_Hawk15 күн бұрын
@@ManaMondial Appreciate the reply. How long do you think 10-50K USD would last a person if he isn’t working a job in Iran? Would that person be able to easily cover rent, bills, food, car etc? How long would he sustain this lifestyle with that kind of money, without a job? Also, what’s the average salary in Iran? What’s considered a "high" salary in Iran? Sorry for so many questions 😅 I have so many questions I wanted to ask an Iranian who lives in Iran because I’m so curious! I hope I can ask more

How much is house prise in Shiraz, an Tehran Average...
@ManaMondialАй бұрын
Both are big cities and the price varies from neighborhood to neighborhood. Tehran has neighborhoods that are as expensive as Vancouver, but the minimum price is 100K USD. For Shiraz, you can say 50K USD, but you can find appartment as low as 35K within 30 minutes of driving. Shiraz is better for life, Tehran is better for business

I know from my Iraq friends there's a dollar appetite in Iran, is that what foreigners have to do, come with a big bag of $$$? Or is the banking connection with Russia and China working well?
@ManaMondial4 ай бұрын
Iran is a cashless society and people pay almost everything using their debit card or an application. They can open a bank account in a local bank of Iran and get their own debit card. If you see them having a pile of money in hand, that`s coz it gets views on the Internet :) and, there`s no Russian/Chinese Bank here, not yet.

@@ManaMondial thanks, but "western" Visa MC work? Is there an Iranian "Revolut"? And, if you don't mind, are you guys warming up to "cryptopayments"?
@ManaMondial4 ай бұрын
Visa and Master don`t work here. Neo-banks exist, but they don`t use cryptos. Cryptos are common, but the payment is mostly limited to financial services like depositing for your forex trading account.

How much salary gets in translator in Tehran ? And how much avarage irani people earn ?
@ManaMondial6 күн бұрын
Depends on the person! If you`re just a regular translator, something like 280 dollars a month. If you work in export/import and the guy you work for doesn`t know any English, Well, you`re gonna become rich lol
@ronykarmakar37136 күн бұрын
@ManaMondial brother I want to export rice in iran and I am from India West Bengal. Here price of rice is 0.35 dollars per kg ( starting). It's initial stage still I want to export . My gf is a irani but due to distance we hardly talk nowadays.

Thanks for the video, really interesting ... can't believe how cheap fuel is Are you guys concerned about the isralies attacking your country?
@ManaMondialАй бұрын
Thanks 🙂 Generally speaking, no! People mostly believe that it won't become a new Gaza/Lebanon, and their plan would be targeting military bases, oil facilities, etc. It won't interrupt our life! Let's hope for the best as we can't do anything else right now 💔

I live in Pakistan if want to send money from my bank to iran is there any way? I want to visit iran once
@ManaMondial3 ай бұрын
I know that many people do that from Turkey and Canada as there's a large population of Iranian diaspora there, but for Pakistan, you need to ask your compatriots who have already visited Iran. Sorry 😔
