This is honestly the life I dream to be able to afford and live one day. I am taking steps towards it at least. Whilst we still can enjoy nature, let’s make sure we make the most of it. Harmoniously with all that is and and all of the creatures that live with us. The hoopoe has always held a special place in my heart because of the family vacations in my youth visiting France and Germany. My father would always be on the lookout for the hoopoe and would jokingly assign me and my brother to keep an eye out for them too. If we were to spot one, we would earn one or two euros. Seeing all five of them together and still with you brightened my day.

@ It is. (Not so) little things like that raise awareness for the importance of nature and its unique species. This awareness is fundamental, as you can only care for or want to protect something that is in your conscious mind. The money that we would earn as a kid was the least important factor, and still is.
