I own a qned85 in a 65" and it's a great tv. I didn't want an oled due to my bright living room. This is a great option for those in my situation. I would buy it again.

Very helpful video. I was actually wondering how an Anime would play on such a large TV than you showed a clip of pokémon...I was stunned. The upscaling is really good on this TV. Can you tell me from which streaming service you played that pokémon clip from ? Netflix, prime or something else
@ScorpioTech2 жыл бұрын
Hello, I’m glad you found the video useful! The Pokémon clip was through Netflix - I do have the 4K Netflix subscription but I don’t believe the Pokémon clip was 4K anyway - if you have any more questions feel free to ask! I’m also making another video on the TV shortly so if there’s anything you want me to cover let me know!

@@ScorpioTech Cool. If you're making another video on this TV. I have one personal suggestion. It would be great if you include it in your next video. Can you specifically go through Anime as a whole...I know you already showed it in your this video but anime is a type of content that is generally produced in low resolution like 480p or 720p or 1080p. Can you specifically discuss anime viewing content a little more by playing different anime's and seeing how it looks I know it sounds like doing the same thing again over again but many people like me have concerns of not buying too big TV because it would ruin anime watching experience. You're literally the first guy on youtube who I have seen playing anime content in your TV review. There's literally not a single person tested anime in their TV reviews. I'm not saying talk about anime content in your whole video...only a minute or two specifically about it would be great Sorry. This reply has gotten so long. Only wanted to elaborate how I feel. Thanks for replying btw

Great question - overall the LG C1 OLED is a clear winner for me, but I was very impressed with this QNED panel, but the perfect blacks of the OLED are a game changer!

The chunkiness of that remote is disgusting. I'm still getting a QNED, but I'm gonna hate that remote all the time LOL. I'll probably just use a Chromecast remote most of the time anyway.

In Japan, we can't get Samsung TVs so, for Mini LED, we have Sharp, Toshiba, Sony and LG. The Sony 65" is about $4500 and will be released in September 2022 while the Sharp and Toshiba don't have VRR or gaming capabilities. The LG QNED has all gaming features, is less than $2500, and can be found at Costco Japan and other big retailers. The only mark against it is the IPS panel (instead of VA) but I really only use the TV for gaming and LG can't be beat if Samsung is unavailable.

5 months later this TV does not exist in the Houston, TX market. They're only selling the non dolby vision/ single 2.1 besides eARC 80 series models. Disappointing but my new samsung is great. So is my gaming C2

Between Samsung, Sony and LG without being a fan boy , all tv's are incredibly advanced and the final verdict to determine a purchase will simply come down to preference of choice based on which specs suit which user. That being said, late April early May we are going to see a new gen TV roll out which may not suit most people, going full wireless to force people to connect to a network to run their system is likely to be considered an insult on people's right to privacy.

Can anyone share what their experience has been like with Sky Q? I am interested in purchasing this TV but read a review comment on a retailer website that mentioned they had teething issues setting the TV up with Sky Q, unfortunatly they didnt detail what said teething issues they had.

If only the 65" versions had panels as clean as the 75". Mine is FULL of DSE, so much that I can't stand bright scenes and sports :/ Decided on day 1 to bring it back to the store, shame since I only paid 999€ for the 65.

hello! how many dimming zones did LG qned 91 have?
@mevlutunlu42 Жыл бұрын
What is the difference between lg QNED866 and this one? 91 is out of stock now. Is the picture quality the same?
@matteventu Жыл бұрын
Similar. You can compare the QNED90 and QNED85 (which are the American version of the QNED91 and QNED86) on Rtings. QNED90/91 are a bit older but slightly higher range, and have much more dimming zones. QNED85/86 however is newer and, despite much fewer dimming zones, has a much better local dimming algorithm, better processing, and much better panel uniformity. Has also a slightly lower brightness (but not really relevant, it's still plenty bright).
