Wow, that room is beautiful! I love aqua and silver, but grey is about my least favorite shade in the universe. It looks so depressing to me. But you've made it light and cool in your room. Your use of color and scale make the grey feel balanced and open, not oppressive at all. Instead of being the focus, it's a velvet background for the gemlike aqua and polished silver items you've chosen. The scale of your items also keeps the room in check; nothing overwhelms and everything gets featured. The lack of clutter makes the room feel sophisticated and not over the top. Honestly, this is the best use of grey I've ever seen. You've done an amazing job! This room is like the home decor equivalent of jewelry in a grey velvet box.
