LIVING ROOM UPGRADE ON BUDGET // CLEAN AND DECORATE FOR FALL DIY
Today we are doing a makeover of the fireplace (stone), upgrading the living room in this new house of ours, cleaning and decorating for fall! Everything is as always on budget and a lot of DIY. I will whitewash the stone fireplace, cover the space above with DIY shiplab from plywood sheet, paint everything and decorate on top. I will then clean the living room and replace our old rug with a new gorgeous one (and affordable) and decorate a little more! All the link of the products I used are included under.

You can get daylight lightbulbs for your home and light fixtures to really brighten it up inside. This also helps with shooting your videos.

Love that rug! I think it goes really well with the floors - And the fireplace ❤ I think a light couch would be suuuuper hard to clean, and be too much white. Maybe a yellow/blue or try and match the coppery brassy tones of the rug and floors? Your kitty supervising your painting is just adorable, she doesn’t seem to be upset about your decor choices. Hi, I have been enjoying your channel the only thing I think you should do that would make your room look more comfy is to move the sofa on the rug and the big chair .Make a walk way behind the sofa furniture looks better a little closer and why is your table not in front of sofa for convenience To put things on and hold things .This would certainly complete your already beautiful room. May I suggest you wear gloves when painting and crafts to keep your skin clear of the paint. Easier clean up and healthier for your skin. I use the throw away plastic gloves.
