Change tires, that will bring the satisfactory braking experience. Stock tires are too hard that provide poor grip while braking. I would suggest Yokohama advan or similar type of performance tires.

How do you lose the tail in this civic if it is only front wheel drive? Only rwd cars lose the tail such as mark x etc

Civic X or IX genuine brake pads are same sizes, material is bit like a ceramic type, which getting hard after time when heating up & brakes feels sluggish. The solution I found to change ceramic with organic material brake pads & result is much better. company is FBL FUJI made in Japan. Half in price from Honda oem.Pads

Have had the civic X turbo and then the RS 11th gen as well. I’m a Honda lover through and through but I don’t think it would be a wise advice to give anyone by saying this is the car to buy. There are a lot of much better overall vehicles to buy. My issue is with Honda Pakistan, not the car. I have never seen a worse quality interior in any civic, additionally the engine and transmission in the 11th gen is the same as the 10th gen in pakistan which is why it performs worse in pakistan compared to the last gen. Worldwide this is faster than the older gen. Sonata Elantra hybrid and even insight is better than this. Trust me guys they are fooling you for 1cr, Chinese cars are must better in terms of quality. Go drive a Haval and see for yourself. You are paying 1cr for an engaged ride alone nothing more which is vvv sad as a car enthusiast. Please save your money or buy something with more features or space. We’ve been fooled. Before anyone starts yapping please know I’ve owned this car as well and i am a car enthusiast as well. Fire away

I'm sorry but 11th gen is miles better then 10th gen in every single aspect.featuers, comfort, build quality, ride quality, drive and what not. Power is the issue bcz of increased weight. And all over the world it is also slower then the 10th Gen not just in Pakistan Civic Si 10th gen had a 0-100 time of 6.3 seconds meanwhile the 12th Gen is at 6.7 seconds. Only the Type R FL-5 is faster. Other wise Civiv 10th gen was universally faster. Due to lower weight. Also these Chinese toys that you mention are untested products in the Pakistani product. And you talk about Haval?? My uncle bought it neither is only 6000 kms driven and it's ac stopped working recently. the driver electric seats have also stopped working. My uncle regrets buying a chinses toy over a Japanese product. Elantra and Sonata both have reported issues with engine amd transmission Sonata having the famous limp mode issue it is unreliable. And also not as powerful the 2.5 N/A variant. Civic's drive is the only reason it is bought. Very few care for features. Theu want precise and sharp handling and driving dynamics and excellent power. Insight is an imported ofcourse it would be better then even sonata. So ur comment is just about the fact you had a negative experience with the car. All the other people in the family who bought this car, are happy and satisfied Yes it has less features as compared to the international cou ter part. But Civic is for driving pleasure and performance. Not for these things. Civic providing features like ADAS and others is just something that must be given now in 2025.

Honestly the reviews made by Usama are perfect because he gives an opinion objectively and I agree with his thought process. I also agree with most of what you said. However, I am no fan of Chinese toys either but GWM is bigger than you think mate, let alone the upcoming BYD. You have no clue what you’re saying, Musk literally shat is pants and banned Chinese car tech in the US. Apart from that I really don’t care which civic is faster, all i am saying is that PK domestic car industry is so worthless at this point. I own an Audi A5 in the UK as well, and these Chinese toys are giving passenger comfort and daily features a run for their money. Yeah they can’t compete with the driving dynamics yet ofc, but hey they are giving the 1cr buyer a lot more than a civic is. And let’s ignore that for a moment too. Have you seen the interior quality? The paint quality? It is laugh-able. This goes for all the big three companies tbh. Look at the motorcycle industry, you will see what i mean. TLDR: save your money man. Invest and digest.
