This video was very humbling for me. Thank you! It's easy to get caught up in the popularity of yoga when you see all of the cute outfits and mats and poses on insta. This weeks practice was a game changer for me. I felt a strong internal shift and it really helped me connect to my heart and mind. Love ya Kino! Namaste 🙏🏼

Truly refreshing to hear, yoga strengthens me spiritually as well, my inter peace. I find myself coming to yoga mat to be healed physical and mentally there's so much freedom within the core.

Thank you Kino, you inspired me to get into yoga! I have been bodybuilding for a few years, but I was never brave enough to start a yoga practice until I started watching your videos. Luckily, I am naturally very flexible so it feels good to have some ability already. Much love!

These are some of my absolute favorite videos! I love that you teach real yoga and not just the americanized version that is really just asana. It's great that you show people everything yoga truly is. All eight limbs that translate into practical ways in everyday life. Thank you for all your work. Ignore the haters (I'm sure you do). Blessings and deepest gratitude.

@hellojuneau89177 жыл бұрын
I think at first it is mainly physical for most people new to the practice and they continue because of a certain aura it brings to their life. But each time you give yourself to the mat, you slowly build into spirituality, building the Self.

Thank you Kino. Is it normal that when you faced soms trauma in your life yoga can rock that boat and bring things back into your mind to release/face/heal them?
@etherealdeal17927 жыл бұрын
Living Life Whole Foods Im not kino but I can say yes. Lots of traumas are stored in places like the hips and that stagnant energy gets stirred up in hip opener poses. When we get traumatized the trauma energy gets stuck somewhere. Release it and be free

True yogi divides his day as 30 minutes asanas 8 hours meditation 1hour study of the scriptures the rest daily activities. So you see asanas are only minor part of yogi lifestyle.
