Urgen la, your food looks yummy and just a small suggestion, try adding minced garlic to aloo sip sip and bokchoy if you both do not have sever sinus. It enhances the taste to next level ❤️

I didn’t boil it as I cut thin slices. Instead I soaked it in water for about 5minutes & then fried it. Yes, definitely give it a try ☺️
