Great video. It brings back memories of my visit in 2017. My trip was similar but I went in a mini van with 6 other people. We went straight to the Douro Valley we didn't go to Amarante. We visited two wineries and the olive oil museum. A boat trip and lunch. I used a company called the cool tours. It was 75 euros. I thought it was great value.

When visiting Portugal, consider other options, there are plenty more of us who take culture (and gastronomy) way more seriously :) (Living Tours call their guides 'tour experts' but, well..) Saúde!
