Wow, totally manuallly processing their own foods from planting, taking care of it, to cutting plant to extracting edible portion which is the rice. Quite amazing! They will never get cancer because they don’t have a drop of preservatives in any of their food. Plus they are physically active from birth until death so they don’t have to create outside activities to get a physical workout done. Their daily life is physically active.

We have a dry noodle salad as well in USA. It’s actually really delicious. I remember they used rice vinegar along with other ingredients (which I cannot remember specific spices), but it’s such a simple tasty salad.
