He uses ChatGPT to do his homework and eventually gets dependend on the Artifical Intelligence tool, as he never learned stuff himself. I dropped out a while ago because I had a feeling a highschool diploma and highschool in general wont mean much just because post covid school is so easy to cheat in and is only getting easier. Ofc companies will still ask you for it as if it does mean anything, so they know youre branded by the system. Not dissing on school and education, just public school

Doesn't even have to be a hard question when it comes to math. It told me 5*5 is 12 and 6+3 is 18. The problem with math is that it doesn't actually calculate it like a calculator, but instead uses its neural network to find connections with the numbers. So maybe don't use it on math. I remember one time me and a friend were both stuck on this really tough engineering assignment, and then my friend complained about ChatGPT not able to solve the assignment for him. I then told him he should've been thankful that at least his skill sets and knowledge he is taught hasn't been replaced by ChatGPT yet and that his degree actually means something for the moment.

In the long run, the AI has an IQ higher than all humans that have ever existed combined and continuous access to all electronic information. Seems bad until you realize that you can keep one on your smartphone and have it work for you. Control robots so it can do useful real work too. Including making more robots.

But people will just blindly copy and paste without venting it and asking it to explain the code in depth. People need to understand why the code doesnt work without telling the AI 50 times that theyre getting the same syntax error.

I gotta say, I think it'll be like how cheating through online testing is easier than in-person. The internet can already make learning so much easier through easier access of information, or you can just be a bum and cheat. I've found ChatGPT can be really useful for asking questions about certain ideas, or using google Bard for finding research articles. All requires you actually want to learn something, i guess.

As someone who use GPT for his lawstudies assignment I would like to say this. Don't use GPT for your homework instead ask about: - what are the possible flaw in the essay - what kind of question could possibly asked about your essay (This is one is very important because people will actually ask you something and if you don't know your work correctly that would be easily leaked) - reformulate my essay in a more sophisticated academic way Also If you use GPT like the way I just told, you will find yourself learning faster and effectively while doing your work than actually asking him to do the work for you.
