Oh I've had ME/CFS for 27 years and 6 in the morning is still so much better than later during the day, at least most of the time. Best time would be evening or night, as soon as it is dark. And at 6:30 it is sometimes totally dark sometimes just a bit of light, depending on the season. So the time of the day where I am more concentrated and awake is when it is dark, later than 6:30 is definitely more terrible for me!

@@KiroRocks You also have to consider the fact that she probably had to be there an hour earlier, wake up an hour earlier etc. Being awake at 4:40am? I'm sure many can handle it, not me.

I'm horribly fatigues all the time. I can barely stand up for 5 or 10 minutes without needing to sit or lay down. It's ruing my life I feel sick to my stomach and helpless.

@@inamnomi9357 if you have a b12 deficiency you can either take supplements or injections. many people with a b12 deficiency are tired

Hello! I’ve been through CFS for the whole of last year. I couldn’t walk, always completely fatigued, dizzy, lost all my confidence etc. I am recovered from a course called the Lightning Process. You must look into it. It saved my life. The recovery stories on Phil Parker’s channel are so inspiring too. I hope this helps x

I have chronic fatigue and also walking problems and have fell on several occasions. I lost my Mother in March, and have'nt really got over her Death. She was Fine until she went for revision knee surgery, which went wrong. She had infection in her knee, which led to her developing "Cervical Myelopathy" in her neck, and began to lose firstly her left arm, then her right arm, then her legs. She ended up in a Nursing Home, because I could no longer Care for her anymore. She was fed Pureed food, was bed ridden, and just wasted away, not even able to speak in the end, and "Passed Away" on 22nd March. Just a Bag of Bones. I am crying a lot because she took over a year to die. She was a nice lady, I told a Taxi Driver about her, and he said "You wouldn't let an Animal Suffer like that.

Happend to me - Glandular Fever - then post viral fatigue and finally CFS. That was 1996 November.

Can someone tell, if you feel extremely drowsy and heavily sleepy the next morning after having a good nights sleep, is this the fatigue that's referred to?

That is a sympton of chronic fatigue. Unfortunately, chronic fatigue is not something that can ever be properly diagnosed. You might want to research other symptons incase if you are worried about having it.

Waking up exhausted after a full night's sleep is one sign something's wrong.

Flu symptoms and stomach problems. Woke up the next day from the stomach problem, was crippled I could not move.

Diagnosed with this after a neurospect scan. They injected me first with a radioactive substance before the scan. The scan shows low blood circulation in my frontal lobe. Do you always feel sleepy or unrefreshing sleep in the morning? Do you often have body aches especially at night? Difficulty falling asleep? Awakenings with burning sensation in your body while your head wants to sleep and feeling muscle tight? Maybe you have ME/CFS
