This episode is very personal to me. It took me a while, a lot of thinking, and reflection to decide whether to publish it and share this side of my story. In the end, I think that sharing my most vulnerable side of myself will help a lot of people who are currently struggling emotionally, psychologically, and, above all, spiritually.
