Thank you for sharing. This made me cry. I was diagnosed with combined adhd when I was 24. I went through everything like you did .

I would say suffering is meaningful, although not in the moment itself. Sometimes the meaning needs time to crystalize. Hindsight is 20/20 and all of that. Although, sometimes I wonder if there is a level of suffering so great that it becomes meaningless. p.s. I love the channel's name! I'm trying to think of a title for a channel of my own that I plan to start, so whenever I come across a great channel name I admire it greatly.

Based on your experience, do you think your suffering was meaningful?

Hi Josh! Definitely. This is the reason why I named my channel Glowing Pains. There is always gold and growth beneath our sufferings. If I didn't go through what I had to go through I wouldn't be as strong as I am today. If I didn't know what it felt like to be struggling with my mental health I would not be able to advocate for mental health the way I do. How about you? Do you think your sufferings are meaningful?
