I believe he is now a dual citizen since he got his Philippine Citizenship a few days ago. So he is now Filipino Canadian since Canada also doesn't require you to renounce citizenship so kulas gets to keep his Canadian Citizenship.

Actually I remembered my mom when she’s still alive she used lanzones peel or skin after you eat the lanzones keep the peel and dry them under the sun then you burn them they became mosquito repellent 😊 I suppose you can use them when it’s season but the smell are really nice but the mosquitoes don’t like them.

Province life can be difficult I agree but it’s such a wonderful and simple life. The peaceful nights and sunset, the sounds of crickets and smell of burning coconut husk to get rid of mosquitoes is something I miss everyday.

A beautiful simple life in Cateel! It’s more fun in Pilipinas!🎉 I suggest murals and good vibes quotes at the front of your new cemented wall/fence at the front gate! And maybe build a fire camp site with benches and camping chairs around it in a circle where you guys can chill late afternoon while playing a guitar and sing along , over a bbq or popcorn or any snacks around like a campfire, to add fun during hot and dry season. You really nailed singing the Buchikik song haha. And speaking of danggit, it's pretty common to see them in buwad and pinirito form, but I bet not a lot of people have seen them while they're still alive,which is what I saw during my last visit to Cebu Ocean Park; they had an exhibit with a pair of familiar-looking fish. Closer inspection and reading the information label on the exhibit reveals that they are danggit. Apparently they have beautiful orange-yellow spots on their bodies while alive and are apparently also kept as tropical aquarium fish by saltwater aquarists. They're called Rabbitfish in english.
